Information we collect
When you contact us through the form, email, or phone, we receive the information you provide (such as name, email, company, and message). The contact form on this site uses a standard mailto link and does not store submissions on our servers. We use the information only to respond to your inquiry and, if we engage, to deliver the agreed services.
For data-removal work, we process the personal information you authorize us to locate and remove. We retain it only as long as needed to complete the engagement and any agreed monitoring period, then delete it.
We may collect publicly available business contact information (such as names, titles, and business email addresses) from websites, directories, or other public sources for the purpose of identifying potential clients and sending relevant outreach. If you receive such a message, you can unsubscribe at any time using the instructions in the message or by contacting us. We do not sell this information.
DMARC monitoring data
For clients who buy DMARC monitoring, we receive aggregate reports from mailbox providers about the client’s domain. These reports contain sending IP addresses, message counts, and authentication results. We use them only to provide the monitoring service. We do not request failure (forensic) reports, which can include email addresses and message headers, unless a data processing agreement has been signed. We keep report data for the period set out in the client agreement.
How we use information
We use contact information to reply to inquiries, scope work, and deliver findings. We do not sell your information. We do not use it for marketing lists beyond responding to you.
Sharing
We do not share your information with third parties except as required to perform the service you authorized (for example, submitting removal requests you approved) or as required by law.
Cookies
This site does not use tracking cookies or analytics that collect personal information.
Security
We take reasonable steps to protect the information you provide. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
